    • Enabled users to log complaint details in Salesforce, where the interface logic automatically created corresponding records in TrackWise upon submission.

SAP Integration

    • Designed a web service code that integrated SAP with TrackWise EQMS.
    • Automated the transfer of key product details—such as product name, batch number, and other specifications—from SAP to TrackWise, ensuring accurate and timely data flow.
