Roche announced the launch of AXELIOS 1 Sequencing Platform, a next-generation single-molecule sequencing system designed to improve the speed and flexibility of genomic analysis. Powered by the company’s proprietary Sequencing by Expansion (SBX) technology, the platform enables researchers to generate highly accurate sequencing data while reducing turnaround time for both small and large sequencing projects.
According to Roche, AXELIOS 1 supports same-day whole-genome sequencing and provides near real-time analysis, helping laboratories move from sample processing to genomic insights much faster than conventional sequencing workflows.
